  2. The administrator of the personal data is Jagoda Pajka Mysti, NIP 8943249415 based in Poland.

  1. Order processing – we process the data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, billing data) in order to provide the purchased services.
  2. Handling of the quotation form – in case of quotation inquiries we process the data provided in the form (name, surname, e-mail, project description).
  3. Correspondence handling – if the user contacts us by e-mail, we process the data provided in order to respond.
  4. Marketing activities – only if the user agrees to receive a newsletter.

§3. Legal basis for data processing

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

  1. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – for the performance of a contract (e.g. website order fulfillment).
  2. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – based on the legitimate interests of the data controller (e.g. handling inquiries, statistical analysis).
  3. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – based on the user’s consent.

§4. Data retention period

  1. We keep data related to order processing for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (5 years).
  2. We store data from contact forms and pricing for up to 12 months.
