§1. General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions define the rules of use of the Mysti Web site and the terms of purchase of web pages.
  2. The website is operated by Jagoda Pajka Mysti, NIP 8943249415, based in Poland.
  3. By using the site, the user accepts the provisions of these terms and conditions.

§2. Scope of services

  1. The service offers sales of ready-made occasional websites (e.g. wedding, event) and customized website and online store designs.
  2. Services are divided into:
    • Ready-made occasional sites – based on templates, implementation in 5 working days.
    • Individual pages – personalized projects priced on the basis of the application form.
    • Online stores – individual pricing based on the application form.

§3. Ordering and payment

Ready-made occasional pages

  1. The customer selects a package and makes an online payment.
  2. The customer receives an order confirmation email. In it there is a link to a form, in which, you need to provide details of the event.
  3. After the payment is credited and the form is submitted, the website is implemented, which takes up to 5 working days.
  4. The customer receives the finished page with instructions for use.

Custom websites and online stores

  1. The customer fills out a valuation form, on the basis of which an individual offer is prepared.
  2. After accepting the valuation, the work schedule and payment terms are established.
  3. Implementation of the project begins after payment of the agreed advance.

§4. Amendments and changes

  1. As part of the finished occasional pages, the client has the right to make minor corrections (E.g. typos, change of photos) within 2 days after delivery of the page.
  2. Larger changes and additional features are priced individually.
  3. For individual pages, the scope of corrections is specified in the contract.

§5. Complaints and returns

  1. Due to the nature of the service (digital product), returns are not possible once the order has been started.
  2. Complaints about technical errors of the site can be made within 7 days of delivery of the project

§6. Data protection

  1. Customer data is processed only for the purpose of order processing and in accordance with the privacy policy.
  2. The customer has the right to inspect, edit and delete their data.

§7. Final provisions

  1. Regulations are subject to change, and the current version is always available on the website.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
